en&is was born of a collaboration between Enrico Bosa, product and interior designer, and Isabella Lovero, product and jewelery designer.

Both graduated in Industrial Design from Milano Politecnico, specializing in product design. In 2004 they began working on design in Milan at the international offices of Luca Trazzi, Stefano Giovannoni, Sector Group, and Swarovski Internazionale d’Italia, where they were responsible for large-scale projects of interior design, home furniture accessories, and other accessories. The firm’s activities started in 2007, ranging from market analysis to defining concepts, to project engineering, and graphic design analysis of media for launching products to the market. Their approach to projects is aimed at creating poetic objects that tell something to those who observe them, creating a little magic with their designs so as to make every room, place, or environment an enjoyable place to be. They believe that every object which is able to draw a smile contains within it a little spell and so has a reason to exist in a market already overflowing with objects.

The en&is studio created new types of objects such as Megaphone, iphone passive amplifier, which gave life in 2011 to a self-produced line favouring ceramics and wood. Ever caring for to the relationship between the people and the product, and the feelings that it evokes, ranging from the accessory project to the product.

In 2013 Isabella Lovero became the sole owner of the “en&is” brand and design studio. Here, she develops projects that range from accessories to electronic products and small furnishings, using continuous scale changes to create smart and sophisticated objects.

June 2nd 1010, I approach Belgrade from the sky, over green fields, rain-clouds, grey cityscape and cold air. My first impression is - ugh! I am greeted by my hostesses and the rest of the crew and immediately flowers start blooming in my mind. Life is everywhere, and after a few days I leave with an energy boost and a great lift in spirits. I am sad to go but I am sure to return. Belgrade is alive!"
